Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of collection or delivery.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • Be in resellable condition
  • Include valid proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality assurance, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Seedlings and plants
  • Live fish and livestock
  • Seeds
  • Animal or pet food that appears opened, tampered with, or damaged
  • Sale or discounted items (marked as clearance, final sale, or promo items)

Return Shipping Responsibility

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We advise using a trackable courier service to avoid lost packages.


Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Based on the condition of the item, you may qualify for:

  • A full refund
  • An exchange
  • A store credit voucher

Please Note:

  • No refunds will be issued on sale or clearance items.
  • Cash purchases must be returned in-store for processing.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, where applicable.
